KaratuAI is an AI-powered educational platform designed for primary and secondary school students. Our Service includes personalized learning content, AI tutoring, progress tracking, and other educational features designed to support children's learning journey.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Parent Accounts

Parents or legal guardians must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3.2 Child Accounts

Child accounts are created and managed by parents. Parents must provide verifiable consent for children under 13 to use the Service. Parents can monitor, modify, or delete child accounts at any time.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Free trials may be offered; you will be charged after the trial unless you cancel
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content and provide tutoring. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We encourage parents to monitor their children's learning and report any concerns to us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS. KARATUAI IS A SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL TOOL AND SHOULD NOT REPLACE FORMAL EDUCATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KARATUAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
