A familiar message.
An important decision.
An urgent email. A new bank account. A message from “the MD”. Give your people space to pause, choose and understand the consequences.
- Choose a response to get feedback.
- See why the next step matters.
- Try again with the explanation in mind.
These are prepared, in-app examples. The WhatsApp exercise simulates a message; it does not connect to or send through WhatsApp.

How learning happens
More than a moment
of awareness.
- 01
Get the context
A short preparation card introduces the situation and what to look for.
- 02
Make the decision
Choose how to respond to a realistic workplace scenario.
- 03
Understand and retry
Read the explanation, revisit the choice and practise with support.
- 04
Assess and revisit
Review assessed answers separately, then return for a later check.
A clearer view for administrators
See the progress.
Know what to revisit.
Look beyond a completed assignment. Review first and latest attempts, critical decisions and repeated areas of difficulty.
Review the evidenceSee submitted scores and decisions that need attention.
Make space for follow-upEnable the optional 90-day refresh and review delayed checks.
Results describe performance on these exercises. They do not establish real-world security readiness.

A few useful answers
Before you
bring the team in.
Start with one team and agree the right scope together.
Visit the Trust CentreVanguard is a paid cybersecurity training add-on for business organisations. Administrators assign exercises to staff and departments, set due dates and review learning results. We agree access and scope when planning your pilot.
The exercises shown here are safe, in-app simulations of workplace messages. They do not send a phishing campaign, contact your colleagues or open a suspicious link. The WhatsApp scenario is separate from the linked-admin WhatsApp assistant on the Organizations page.
Administrators can set the approved reporting channel, payment approval rule, HR contact or portal and IT helpdesk details used in workplace practice. Discuss broader policy or curriculum customisation with our team before the pilot starts.
A submitted assessment needs at least 80% and safe answers to every critical decision. Administrators can review first and latest attempts, critical misses and delayed checks. An exercise pass is evidence for that task; it does not establish real-world security readiness.
KaratuAI Certificates of Completion are not accredited qualifications. Vanguard records training progress and assessment results in the administrator workspace. Tell us about any certificate requirements so we can confirm the pilot scope.
We agree the duration, team size and exercise scope with you. Sending a request starts that conversation; it does not create an account, activate a trial or commit your organisation to a purchase.
